When someone calls your subscriber's business they hear a custom greeting that directs them to select an extension. Your subscriber customizes extensions to match their business using forwarding rules, greetings, announce-only, voicemail and fax capabilities.

One of the advanced features within the uReach Unified Messaging mailbox is the ability to receive faxes and then be notified via your preferred method. Your subscribers are no longer tied to a physical location when expecting an important or confidential fax. The uReach Unified Messaging mailbox detects an inbound fax and accepts as if it were a standard fax machine. The notifications function the same way for the subscriber, so if their preferred delivery method was email, the fax would be rendered in the desired format and emailed. From their inbox, the subscriber could view, print (without the need for a fax machine), or forward the fax, just as they would any other email.
