The uReach Converged Services Framework (CSF) is a fully IMS compliant platform that runs on a set of standard LINUX or Solaris servers. The CSF supports all uReach applications and solutions on a single platform. Carriers that deploy CSF are able to continuously bring new services to market without adding and managing multiple point solutions.

Carrier Class Platform
CSF provides carrier-grade reliability and scalability via a fully redundant, highly available and distributed architecture. It is incrementally scaleable from 50,000 to multiple millions of subscribers. The architecture allows expansion and maintenance without requiring any subscriber downtime.

|
IMS Compliant
The CSF complies with IMS architectural recommendations, which allows it to connect to many different networks, both legacy TDM as well as IP. The platform can also connect to these different networks simultaneously, which greatly simplified the task of migrating from legacy TDM architecture to newer IP infrastructure. All subscribers receiving service from the CSF can continue to receive the same service transparently as the carriers network changes, thereby eliminating incremental customer support effort as well as reducing the potential subscriber churn that often accompanies service changes.

Geographic Distribution
While most CSF installations use more traditional single site floor plans, the IMS architecture of the platform allows the servers to be geographically distributed across wide areas. This configuration flexibility facilitates geographic redundancy for improved reliability as well as easy management of backhaul costs as components of a single system can be installed in locations where backhaul is both available and economical.

Deployment Flexibility
CSF can be deployed in a traditional licensed model, where the carriers owns and operates a CSF platform in their own network, or as a hosted solution where all service is delivered from the uReach owned and operated CSF platform. Intermediate, Network Integrated, options are also practical, putting some components of a system at the carrier's location, while other components run on the uReach hosted platform. These options allow for very fast time to market for new capabilities as well as for optimizations in carrier operations.
