Krishnamurty Kambhampati   Top
CEO and Co-Founder, uReach

Krishnamurty and colleague David Ittner founded uReach in 1998 in response to a growing demand among consumers for a solution that would integrate the increasing number of messages and mailboxes they had to manage on a daily basis. Today, uReach has evolved into a leading provider of converged communications services to wireless, fixed-line and broadband service providers the world over.

Prior to co-founding uReach, Krishnamurty served in a variety of management and technical positions at AT&T Bell Laboratories, where his responsibilities included management of the architecture group for AT&T's WorldNet ISP service, as well as management and development of telecom, e-commerce and media-integration services within AT&T. Before joining AT&T in 1990, he worked as a freelance developer, designing and building advertising and linguistic applications.

He holds an MS in computer science from Cornell University and a MSc in mathematics from Indian Institute of Technology in New Delhi.


Mr. H. H. Haight   Top
President & CEO of Argo Global Capital

Prior to joining Argo Global Capital, Mr. Haight was a founder and a Managing Director of Advent International Corp. ("Advent"), one of the world's largest private equity investment firms with more than US $6 billion under management, operating in 30 countries from 12 offices with more than 85 investment professionals. Mr. Haight joined Advent in 1983. He was closely involved in the formation of, and was responsible for, Advent's operations in the Pacific Rim. Later, Mr. Haight was also responsible for Advent's operations in Canada. At Advent, Mr. Haight was directly responsible for more than US $75 million of investments in 27 companies. Prior to joining Advent, Mr. Haight founded or acquired 11 companies in a number of fields (including forest and consumer products), many of which had operations in Asia, Latin America and Canada. Mr. Haight is currently a director of OnMobile Inc.; SenseStream; RealVision Technology Limited; Chinatron; Neural Technologies Ltd.; Cerebrus Solutions Ltd.; Northstream AB; ArgNor and ProQuent Systems Corporations. He received a BS from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from Harvard Business School.


Burton E. McGillivray   Top
President, Cloquet Capital Partners

Burt is the President of Cloquet Capital Partners LLC, a Chicago-based private equity firm focused on middle market management buyouts and growth equity investments in information technology companies.

Burt has spent 26 years as a private equity investor, previously with Continental Illinois Venture Corp (1984 - 1992), Carlisle Enterprises, LLC (1992 - 1993), and First Chicago Equity Capital, now known as One Equity Partners (1994 - 2002). Burt is currently a director of uReach Technologies, Inc., Visionael Corporation, Corente, Inc., Micromatic LLC, and Napoleon Stone, LLC, each of which is a Cloquet Capital investment.

Burt holds an AB degree with honors from Harvard College and an MBA from Harvard Business School.


Adam Jackson   Top
Senior Associate, Argo Global Capital

Mr. Adam T. Jackson is a Partner at Argo Global Capital. He is based at the Argo Capital's Boston office. Mr. Jackson is also employed as an investment professional at GIV Venture Partners. He is the Vice President of Mergers and Acquisitions at Neural Technologies. Mr. Jackson has been a Venture Capitalist for the past four years focusing his efforts on investing in early stage web and wireless companies exhibiting high growth potential. He takes a hands on approach to his investments often serving in key operational roles such as an interim Chief Operations Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Head of Mergers and Acquisitions. Prior to this, Mr. Jackson worked at the Telos/Xacta Corporation as the Assistant to the Senior Vice President and Chief Security Officer developing browser based security solutions for the United States Government. In this position, he has performed return on investment and competitive market research analysis, led the internal deployment of an experimental security system, and had significant customer interaction. Mr. Jackson serves as a Director of WorkshopLive, Inc. and Knewco Inc. As an undergraduate, he was awarded several honors including membership in the Financial Management Association National Honor Society, Dean's List, and President's List. Mr. Jackson is a graduate of Bentley College, having received a B.S. in Finance with a minor in Information Technology and Psychology.


James L. Zucco Jr.   Top
Chairman and CEO, Corente

Jim has over 20 years of executive experience in the software and telecommunications industries. His broad-based industry experience includes senior executive roles in two of the most prominent global telecommunications providers, a successful turnaround of a public company, active board and investment roles with leading emerging growth companies, and CEO of a start-up.

Prior to joining Corente, Jim was a General Partner with Blue Rock Capital and an active investor and board member in the software and services segment. Jim has served as Executive-in-Residence at Kleiner, Perkins, Caufield and Byers. Jim was the independent board member of two leaders in the emerging market for VoIP technologies and services, dynamicsoft and NetSolve - that became key components in the evolution of Cisco Systems' voice portfolio when Cisco acquired them both in the fall of 2004. Jim currently sits on the board of uReach Technologies, a leader in the converged messaging marketplace.

Jim's executive experience includes Senior Vice President and CIO of the MCI Corporation, where he led product development and systems engineering. At AT&T, he served as VP and General Manager of the Business Communications Group and led the launch of their Internet business activities, including AT&T's first IP network and WorldNet, their ISP. At Lucent Technologies, he served as Vice President and General Manager of the North America carrier business unit. At Shiva Corporation, Jim executed a turnaround strategy that returned profitability within 18 months and, under his leadership, concluded a successful sale of Shiva to the Intel Corporation.

Jim received his B.A. from Western Maryland College and his M.B.A. from Loyola College.
