uReach designed Instant Voicemail to simplify how messages are accessed and delivered. When a new voicemail is received, subscribers receive an SMS message with the message envelope information. To listen to the message, the subscriber simply follows the embedded "click to call" link and the message plays automatically. If the subscriber wants to preserve their messages, the Instant Voicemail service can be configured to send a copy of the voicemail audio directly to an email address.
