Krishnamurty and colleague David Ittner founded uReach in 1998 in response to a growing demand among consumers for a solution that would integrate the increasing number of messages and mailboxes they had to manage on a daily basis. Today, uReach has evolved into a leading provider of converged communications services to wireless, fixed-line and broadband service providers the world over.

Prior to co-founding uReach, Krishnamurty served in a variety of management and technical positions at AT&T Bell Laboratories, where his responsibilities included management of the architecture group for AT&T's WorldNet ISP service, as well as management and development of telecom, e-commerce and media-integration services within AT&T. Before joining AT&T in 1990, he worked as a freelance developer, designing and building advertising and linguistic applications.

He holds an MS in computer science from Cornell University and a BS in mathematics from Indian Institute of Technology in New Delhi.

Prior to co-founding uReach, David worked for more than 13 years in a variety of technology positions within AT&T Bell Laboratories, where he gained recognition for his technical expertise in the areas of communications, image analysis, Internet technologies and computer telephony integration.

David holds a MS and BS degrees in computer science from Michigan State University.

David J. Warnock  Top
CFO and Senior Vice President of Business Operations

In his role as senior vice president and chief financial officer for uReach Technologies David brings more than 25 years of financial and business operations experience, with a strong background in the commercialization of new technologies.

Prior to joining uReach in 1999, David served as chief financial officer of Princeton, N.J.-based Sarnoff Corporation, a successor company of RCA Laboratories and a leader in technology development and commercialization. During his 12 years as chief financial officer at Sarnoff, David managed the company's financial and business operations, including contracts, licensing and facilities operations. He was also a key contributor to the formulation and implementation of Sarnoff's commercialization strategy and served as a director of Sarnoff Corporation as well as several of its venture-backed technology spin-offs.

David holds a MBA in finance from the Stillman Graduate School of Business at Seton Hall and a BS in mathematics, also from Seton Hall University. He also attended the Executive Program at the University of Michigan Graduate School of Business.

Saul Einbinder  Top
Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Development

Prior to joining uReach Technologies, Saul Einbinder was VP of Operations at Evident Software, where he was responsible for developing standards and ensuring operational excellence throughout the company. Prior to his position in Operations, he served as Evident's VP of Product Management, where he launched the company's entry into IT Business Intelligence and led the market and product strategy.

Previously, Saul was Director of Emerging Technologies at Lucent Technologies where he was responsible for the technical direction of the business unit's venture in optical and wireless networking and instrumental in defining the strategic direction for the company's voice/data convergence products. He holds three patents in these fields. While at AT&T Bell Laboratories, Saul led several key R&D initiatives, including AT&T's entry into the video conferencing market.

Saul holds an MS in computer science from Stevens Institute of Technology and a BE in Electrical Engineering from City College of New York.

Raghu Ram  Top
Senior Vice President Strategy and Corporate Development

Raghu Ram is responsible for shaping uReach's strategy for global expansion in key European and Asian markets. He leverages his extensive international financial experience in the telecom, technology and media industries to help uReach build strategic partnerships and relationships.

Before joining uReach, Raghu held senior executive positions with Linsang Partners (a multi-billion dollar incubator of next-generation technology enterprises) in international business strategy. He helped various Linsang group companies complete successful transactions, particularly in Indian and Far East markets. Prior to working with Linsang companies, Raghu was a Managing Director at ING-Barings, Prudential Securities, Wheat First Union and Alliance Capital covering the technology, media and telecom industries.

Raghu holds an MBA in Corporate Strategy and Financial Management from the University of Michigan, Detroit, and a BS in Physics and Mathematics from the University of Madras, India.

Mary Valentino  Top
Senior Vice President of Global Sales

A seasoned sales executive with over 25 years of experience, Mary Valentino is responsible for developing, building and managing the uReach Technologies sales teams and channels. Mary has been instrumental in defining both the sales and pricing strategies for the company.

Prior to joining uReach in April 2001, Mary worked for 20+ years in various positions at Lucent Technologies in a variety of senior sales and marketing positions, including her most recent position as executive director of marketing and sales support in North America. In this capacity, Mary directed the team responsible for selling and marketing Lucent's Intelligent Network and Messaging solutions to the service provider market. For several years, Mary led sales, marketing and technical teams providing revenue generating software and network infrastructure solutions to the top wireline and wireless carriers in North America. She also has several years experience serving the enterprise market, deploying nationwide voice and data networks for several national accounts.

Mary holds an MBA from the University of Chicago. She also attended the University of Michigan's Executive Program.

Pam Hurley  Top
Vice President of Global Operations

Leveraging an extensive background in Engineering and Operations Management, Pam leads uReach Technologies' Global Operations team. In that role, Pam is responsible for global solution delivery, solution lifecycle management and global carrier support services.

Prior to joining uReach, Pam spent 12 years with NMS Communications. During that time, she held several senior positions in Engineering, Product Management and Operations. Her most recent experience was as Senior Director of Carrier Operations. In that role, she was responsible for global delivery of NMS' product offerings for mobile and fixed line telephony network operators. She also played a principal role in the creation of a new Operations structure to better serve NMS' multi product line business strategy.

Pam holds an MSEE from Stanford University and a BSEE from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
